In October, we’ve received a car lashing strap order for a new building RO-RO vessel.

The Vessel is waiting for launching test at the shipyard, which means we only have a very short period to produce and supply the materials on board.

Preparing

We quickly rushed to the shipyard where the ship was located with samples to check the size of the deck fittings. After check the RO-RO ship deck hole and the welded crinkle bar both on the hatch deck and the top deck, confirm the availability of the hook which is fabricated on the car lashing and ratchet lashing.

After meeting with the manager of this new building ship project, we confirmed the final quantity of BL3000KG car lashing strap and car sling. Next, arrange production immediately!

Production

In order to complete more than 10,000 sets of car lashing and car slings within 1 week, we mobilized all our resources, supplies, machine and labors. Finally, with the joint efforts of everyone, this arduous task was successfully completed.

Testing

The batch of car lashing strap request certification of China Classification Society(CCS), we appointed the engineer for site testing. A Classification Society certification is necessary for all the ship supply items.

Passed, wait for the certificate.

Delivery

Finally, we delivered the car lashing strap and car slings to the shipyard within the required time.The customer was delighted when they received the goods and ordered the strapping for their next ship.
